How to Book Your Visit

Step 1: Purchase General Admission

Step 2: Book Your Animal Encounters

Step 2: Book Your Animal Encounters

Every guest age 5 and older is required to have a General Admission ticket. General Admission is your entry into the zoo and must be purchased before participating in any encounters.

Your general admission should be booked chronologically first.

Step 2: Book Your Animal Encounters

Animal encounters are booked separately from General Admission and require an additional ticket for each participant. Each person attending an encounter must purchase their own encounter ticket.

Encounters are scheduled in advance and have limited availability throughout the day, so we recommend booking early.

Step 2: Book Your Animal Encounters

Arrival Information

Please arrive at the zoo at your scheduled General Admission time. If you have booked an encounter, your General Admission should be scheduled before your encounter time.

Upon arriving at the zoo, please park in the designated parking area and remain with your vehicle until a staff mem ber or volunteer comes to assist you. This helps us ensure all guests are properly checked in and directed to the correct area for their visit.

Late Arrival Policy

Additional Information

Arrival Information

We allow a 15-minute grace period for guests who may be running late. After 15 minutes, your General Admission and/or encounter appointment will be considered missed, and no refunds will be issued.

Because encounters are scheduled in advance and have limited daily availability, we are unable to accommodate missed appointment times.
