As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, we greatly appreciate your visit. We operate entirely through the tax-deductible donations, which we receive for patrons and supporters. Thank you for your support.
We do book by appointment only! You will need to book each person in your group for the same time slot.
After booking please see to your confirmation email for directions, consents and appointment details for rescheduling or missed appointments.
During your visit you may observe construction areas, we do our best to keep tidy and work efficiently. As well as our public restroom is under construction. We hope that during your visit you can appreciate the changes we are making to our enclosures and layout to better our animal welfare, conservation efforts and visitor experience.

We recommend wearing closed toes shoes, minimal jewelry avoiding long necklaces and bracelets as some of our critters love to collect things.
We try to keep our area's clear and dry, but weather can make it muddy at times so be aware of that. Please check the local weather prior to coming.

Our main entrance is off of Silver Ave on the west end of our property. You will pull into our property and park on site in designated areas. Look for the huge grain silo at the west entrance.

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal or cash although we do not have change so you will need to bring exact amount.
Any credit card payments do have an additional 3.5% fee.
All donations and purchases are a tax deduction so keep your receipt!
